Some very interesting concepts with regards to the different adult learners and the many ways an instructor must learn to effectivly communicate information to them!
I think that the concepts of self analysis reminds instructors that we are always learning too and keeping track of our skills allows us to target improvement opportunities.
I agree there were some great ideas.
I also just finished ED108, I came away with a number of good techniques/tip that I can apply to my oourses, and got a newer understanding of adult learners as well.
