This training was very helpful for me also.  It is refreshing to revisit this training to stay on top of procedures to be an effective Admissions Representative.  I look forward to my continued learning.

Not only was the training very complete, it also reinforced proven techniques that I have used over the years while paying attention to the Statutes.  I have been doing my job for more than ten years but still learn something new every time I take the annual test.
