I have taken the opportunity to utilize my recent experience as an online instructor to broaden my horizons in training development. I find it fascinating - how people learn.

I spent this last quarter writing my first online course and found it to be much more of a challenge than I thought, but have learned a lot. I look forward to writing my next class with all that I have learned about creating instructional media.
