The information was really important for me to learn in order to stay compliant. without this information there would've been major ramifications with schools.  These rules and regulations make it fair for all schools to compete in an fair environment.

Compliance is always important to ensure success of an organization.  As guidelines are followed there will be a lesser risk of violating policy.  Alternatively, if an organization is permitted to operate outside of policy increasing problems will occur.
