I would really want to know what people think on this. I am starting out in this field now, and I want to know just how stressful it can really get

Well...I'm hearing that the profession needs to change the extreme focus on enrolling students over all else.  For some admission professionals this is all they've ever really known.  For others....it's naturally how they've done it for years anyway.  Stress is different for each person so I'm curious how those in the field are feeling.  Change can be hard....even good change.
