Learning about the latest advancements in diesel engine efficiency and the best practices in welding safety and technique has been particularly enlightening.
One major takeaway is the importance of hands-on training combined with theoretical knowledge. I plan to incorporate more practical, project-based learning into my curriculum, allowing students to work on real diesel engines and engage in welding projects.
