Classroom behavior is a lengthy study. It can take years to develop an effective approach. Situations, people and attitudes vary and with each set of circumstances comes new information to process. I have spent 30 years studying the behavior of people, and still am not complete in my knowledge of effective strategies for every situation or personality type.
