After completing the Max Knowledge course, I learned how various administrative tasks could benefit me as an instructor as well. Many federal and state laws I was already familiar with. However, I found the teacher tools helpful as well as "incentive" guidelines. It's certainly always good to brush up on federal and state guidelines.
What I learned most importantly is that I should become more familiar with the schools methods of disclosures and what students are being told. Regardless of what they are being told, I am an instructor and I'm not exactly sure when it would be appropriate to point out flaws or inconsistencies. It's not exactly my place to intervene with administrative issues.
