Compliance Performance Group

The training really helped me to know better what can and cannot be said to HS students. The rules are VERY different for a private, for-profit...and rest assured the universities ARE listening closely to what we're telling students. And you never know when you're gonna get "secret-shopped"...

As our school's main community relations rep, I have to be extraordinarily careful what is said-- and ours is a strong compliance culture. All the admissions reps do a good job of holding each other accountable for what is being said and how it is being said. Regular team meetings help to reinforce specific situations.

The refresher course also updated some recent federal info I did not know as well as I do now.

I also found this course useful. I used to be a special education teacher so I was familiar with some of the laws and terminology; however, it was necessary to know how it works in the college setting.

Knowing the Do's and Dont's are very helpful. Now days there is a fine line to these rules and regulations. It was nice to have it right in front of me so there is no confusion.
