This course has truly brought to light several concepts and issues that I never would have initially thought about. I am pleased to say taht I was able to gain knowledge as to the proper procedures of many of the concepts.
I enjoyed the interactive on-line training. It was benefical for me in gaining knowledge and understanding of the Ohio Board Agent requirements and laws.Also the resource guide is an excellent tool for ones desk reference.
Yes, like you, Luciana, I learned a few new concepts. For instance, I did not know our 30 day withdrawal period without financial obligations has a federal regulation backing it. It does help me understand some of our complany policies.
