I was thinking the same thing Mary. I've been teaching adults now for 7 months. Not saying that I wasn't provided with everything I needed but it would have been nice to have taken this course starting out.

It certainly is very helpful to understand the background of curriculum construction and online instruction before starting your online teaching career!

I think this should be mandatory for all new instructors who have no teaching experience. It really helped me understand how to set goals and manage the class.
