I work at a career college and the information was a helpful reminder that we can only be successful as a" team" with the same goals and intentions for our students and school, that each one of use is responsible for the success of students and also school.

I love my job as student Support Coordinator, I can touch the heart and mind of each student by being there and them knowing that someone is there for them, within my boundaries there are things that not in my control but at least I am available to listen and can guide them through the source where they can get help. 

 

I enjoyed this course and like some of the idease mentioned to help keep student retention. It is so important for students to feel they are being valued.

 

I think this course was very interesting because it discussed the necessary measures to take from a business standpoint to encourage retention. Retention isn't something instructors necessarily think about every day but it is so critical for the college. I'm glad I took this course.
