My first as an educator was eye opening, I have learned you can see the eagerness to learn in someone's yes. You can sense that they are depending on you to delivery your best. The students want to learn and want to be successful. I have learned that I can be there for a student who gives their 100% and I can support someone who is not so inclinded to do their best. Best practices for me is to be consistant, prepare an action plan. Take time to review my plan and deliver, in the meantime I will watch as each student succeeds throught the challenges I make.
