Providing Feedback for Results

I have been in a management position for quite a while. The information in the Providing Feedback lesson unit isn't already something that I have not already heard but it never hurts to reinforce our knowledge and be prompted to examine our methods. After a time we can fall into doing things a certain way and growth happens when we reflect on what we do and open ourselves to accepting change and improving ourselves.

The aspect of this that resonated the most with me was the part about just stating behavior observations and not offering advice right away. Aid in leading your employee or trainee to seek that advice; giving them the choice to ask for it. I see how you build a stronger trust relationship with your employees by this slight shift.
