Increasing effectiveness in student retention

Actively engage students in the learning process. This can be done through games, activities, and discussions that encourage students to participate and contribute. Provide regular, personalized feedback. Feedback is most effective when it addresses the specific needs of each student. This can be achieved through individual meetings, written comments, or verbal feedback in class. Create a supportive learning environment. Students are more likely to succeed when they feel comfortable and respected. This can be accomplished by building rapport with students, using positive reinforcement, and addressing their concerns promptly.
