I believe the feedback student recieve is an essential element to learning and retention of information

I agree feedback is the way for improvements.

Soliciting feedback from our students is essential to our success as faculty as well as assessing student satisfaction and comprehension. We should be constantly listening for feedback and implementing the positive suggestions into our daily curriculum.

I have really enjoyed the ED202 ELL course.  We have several ELL students per term and this has given me great insight to what they face.  I think I unintentionally have been grouping them together and I realize now the obsurdity in that.  Naturally there is a great diversity in learning capabilities within the U.S., and this has helped me view ELL students in the same way.  I'm rather embarassed that I didn't make this simplistic connection before!

Student feedback has definitely helped me structure my lectures and lab time more effectively so that I'm able to reach a broader audience.
