I also found this course very informative especially with the economy changing daily.  I  must stay alert to various changes inorder for me to stay in demand. This course also assisted me in finding various ways to educate myself without having to go back to school.

I have been looking in other areas of the company I work for, to see where else I could fit in. Also, trying to network which is not easy with some people burnt out, others think you are trying to take their jobs, some who has less education then you and don't want to assist you in any way and then there are those in higher position who does not want to network with those beneath them, it can become a little tricky to handle.  I have always worked with what I know not who I know.  I am still trying to figure-out who i know  maybe you can do a course on networking  and staying in demand for employees 40 and over.

I found this course enlighting on areas that we never see in front of us or take forgranted that can slow down production. As an instructor, I am always interupted by students questions and mangement needing answers to a question, facilitate a test to a student or needed asap for other reasons.

I found some interesting strategies to utilize in class and to my bosses so I can be more effective in teaching and to my team to assist  a higher productive manner.
