I have taught for a long time but the techniques they mention for handling student issues are always important to keep in the front of your mind

I will use the techniques learned in the module in the next class I plan and use the formatted objectives and use them in planning my lesson plan.

 This was very imformative, I use some of the techniques in class now.  I find this course very helpful especially with students who have learning challenges.
