I agree it was very informative and the information was easy to understand. There were some things I never thought about so it was a help.
In a way--frightening. The announced brevity of time in which a student makes up his/her mind about a course or school got my attention.
I found this not only to be true but items than are currently used in the institution where I work- And - points that I have to convey in 'customer service' courses
The admissions people have a hard job in getting students enrolled particularly
due to the financial situation of most of Florida even though it is getting better
it is still challenging. Instructors need to heed some of this information which
I intend for them to review because they need to take an active part in retaining
students just as much as admissions. Teachers have no idea of what it takes
to fill there classrooms!
