I have found that everything discussed in this course is spot on! Very well organized and the subject matter is comprehensive yet simple and completely relevent. I recomend this course to everyone.
I agree that it was well orchestrated and easy to navigate. The topics are relaevent to what I need to concider regarding methods and principle I will use to improve my students experiences and prepare them to further there education in a practicle setting or by enrolling in a higher institution of learning. Although I've been teaching online for 6 years now, I still learned something new from the course. I took notes when I felt it was something I could add to my class. I honestly never thought of out right asking my students: one thing they wish I would stop doing, one thing they wish I would start doing, and one thing they wish I would continue doing. I'm going to do it next session...cant wait to see their answers!
Looking back to my orientation when I was a new instructor- I got GREAT instruction from my mentor at the college who helped me set up my classroom with "my personality"! I love teaching students online, and when I take a session off, I miss them!!

I found this course to contain some very valuable/insightful hints to managing the classroom. Being able to manage the behavior of a wide variety of students while instructing can be challenging. This was a great help.
