What a great refresher course! I've been in the industry for nearly 15 years and it make me feel good knowing the strategy's I imply with my students mesh perfectly with the course training.

This course was great for new and experienced agents.  I felt it was a wonderful on-line training that turned into our staff reviewing policies together.

I took this course during the first week with my company.  I think it is an excellant source as a point of reference and as a teaching tool.  I feel that the skills I learned in this course will help me with many challenges I may face on the job.  Also, I feel that this course can also be used as a place to reference when help is needed on the job.  The experience I gained in this course is invaluable. 

This was a terrific course, I enjoyed all the information given in this class.  I believe this information will help me become a better manager to my team and give better customer service to my student.
