Hi. I hope everyone is having a nice Sunday afternoon.  It is a gray day where I am, but, I'm woring while sitting in bed with my four cats surrounding me listening to Joshua Bell. Life is good.  :)

Who would have dreamed that teaching would be this type of scene?

Just finished EL101.  Since November 2010 I've designed one online class and one traditional class and am now delivering them.  This was a nice refresher to my education on this topic.  It reminded me that I need to get some animation going in my compensation class.  Not sure what that looks like, but where there is a will there is a way, to quote a very familiar cliché!
