Value of taking the EL112 course (Workload Management Strategies)
I just completed EL112 and found it to be very practical and valuable. The information was well-organized and easy to digest. I would recommend this course to other faculty who find themselves challenged with work/life balance issues.

El112 Workload Management is a valualbe resource for online instructors. It provides valuable tips to not only relieve workload but provides steps to assist with stress management. ED 112 is very helpful for the instructor, learning skills and knowledge on how to motivate yourself as an instructor and at the same time on how to motivate your students. I'm already using some techniques I've learned from this, and it is very effective. Students are different, have different ways of understanding and skills and from here you would know what approach will you sed. Very helpful hints.
