. Have a thorough understanding of the programs, admissions requirements, deadlines, and campus culture

. Establish rapport with prospective students and their families. Listen actively to their needs, answer their questions, and offer personalized guidance throughout the     admissions process.

.  Use clear, concise, and professional language in all communications

. Keep track of applications, follow-up tasks, deadlines, and important dates

. Represent your institution with professionalism and enthusiasm
