You can email them and ask them to reset it. If you have participated enough, they will do it. I know its difficult. I manage a salon and students, and its very hard to concentrate. 

I agree it is very difficult to take a test and have constant interruptions.  I believe they will assist you as they should understand the many difficulties one faces while working and taking a test at the same time.  Good luck, don't let it bring you down.

The test is best taken while listening to country music, specifically Garth Brooks and Taylor Swift.
