No More Stress

I had an encounter with stress in 2007, I was to the point where I was losing control of my bowels. I went to the doctor three times that week. The first time I was 184pds. by wednesday when I went I was 178, the last time I went I was 166. I was admitted into the hospital and treated for stressed out neurons in my stomach. I will never ever go through that again. Now I am in full control of my stress techniques at home and at work. I'm telling this story so those of you who are allowing this stress thiing to take over your lifel it's not helping you to be productive at the last minute, it's ruining your health and soon it will ruin your life because no one won'ts to be on the same team as a procrastanator.

There are so many illnesses that are exacerbated by stress.  Isn't it interesting that we are the richest country in the world but that not everyone takes the extra step to get the help they need?  I am glad that you were proactive and were able to recognize that you needed help.  It's people like you that tend to make the most effective instructors and hold our students' best interests at heart.  Students will learn by your example.
