Stress will always be apart of every persons life, but every person can figure a way out of it. If you take some time to think about what's bothering you, and talk with someone about it things can turn around.

I think it is great for employers to encourage training. I was recommended to this site by my employer. I enjoyed the first class I paid for. I am motivated to apply what I have learned.

I work for two bosses at the present time...one a very experienced manager and one rather new. They also have opposite styles. This has been very helpful in knowing how to deal with each appropriately.

It is very important to understand and know the requirements of your boss. This will make and help the students and the school.

Everyone goes through stress...just take the time to figure out how to handle it the way it works for yourself and not others.
