Two Bosses

I work for two bosses at the present time...one a very experienced manager and one rather new. They also have opposite styles. This has been very helpful in knowing how to deal with each appropriately.

EVERYONE EXPERIENCES STRESS AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO LEARN HOW TO HANDLE IT WELL. SOME STRESS IS POSITIVE AND WILL HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH GOALS. NEGATIVE STRESS SHOULD BE DEALT WITH BEFORE IT BECOMES A PROBLEM AND CAUSES A BURNOUT.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF YOUR BOSS, AS WELL AS YOUR OWN. YOU SHOULD LEARN ABOUT YOUR BOSS SO THAT YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO WORK BETTER WITH YOUR BOSS. COMUNICATION IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BOSS.
