About me

I am an instructor at NGH Watchmaking School, Miami.

Skills

micromechanics, watchmaking

As a preformer in a trade that caters to introverts, I decided to take the next step in my career and become an instructor.  An introvert myself, I still find it difficult to execute the responsibilites inherrant to a leader and manager.  After completing LS101, I found I could develop a better pathway in strengthening management and leadership skills.  It will be a challenging and interesting development.

It's surprising what seeds the path to positive change!

Yes, a great learning resource.  Once you have gone through all of the courses that pertain to you, taking them over might be a great refresher.  Alternatively, I'm aware that CEUs don't need to come from here.  What other ways have you satisfied the CEU requirement?

Wouldn't the bulletin board be in violation of FERPA?  The test I just took used a scenario of a recruiter sharing personal anecdotes about a current student:

Sharing personal anecdotes about current students violates the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) which prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of student information.

Since I don't really know what information was disclosed, I can't really argue.

I believe anything that promotes a culture of success is a great idea, but being licenced has put limitatons (for the better).

I suspect if you've gone that route, you'd no longer need to frequent this site.  However, forums can be a great source of information, viewpoints, and ideas.

What else have you done that qualifies?

which course are talking about?

I just finished CM221, and I learned a lot!   Compliance and transperancy are great ways to operate.

Still, I think a lot of the inquiries are Mystery shoppers.  Is that being paraniod?  Some questions seem so loaded.  They might as well just ask, are you compliant?

In the iddle of the course I realized I fogot to answer a query about a relationship with another school.  It is the decision of the receiving school to accept credits.

Although that's not what she asked, the course jogged my memory.

Were there things you had to re-learn after being in the position prior?

Agreed
