THere are many choices and alternatives of adoptive learning, some of them are very constructive and effective and others are not so effective for learning process. Too many choices also may create confusion among teachers as well as student. Finally adoptive learning is a new way of knowledge earning technique and we as teacher should accept it with open mind.

Eventhough there are intelligent tutor as part of adopted learning, but there is always a snag in imbedded knowledge where the answer is partially ot totally wrong and students are confused by the wronf or not foubd answer, that's when the teacher has an inportant role to play and step in for clarification and providing the correct answer(s).

The university I worked for uses adoptive learning toold which has built-in intelligent tutor which helps students 24/7 with any issues they may have or if any student struggle to understand the concept. The Intelligent Tutor helps the student with imbedded knowledge and examples and create a clear understanding of the subject matter or the topic within the subject matter.

To be part of professional organizations especially education related organizations help teacher to keep up to date especially in this ever changing technologically advanced global education environment. Getting membership especially with those that are free should be encoyraged.

So many apps, website, web-sharing, and presentations tools are now available, it can be confusing sometime as which one to use and which one is the best one for teachers as well as students. This might be seen as a limitation for older generation of teachrs with limited knowledge of technology

Using technology is an important part of today's teaching and learning for our students especially the younger generation. Without having the technology integrated in your lesson plan may not bring effectiveness in our course success and students may find the lesson plan or class activites as boring. Integration of technology will also create students' interest in class activities.
