Incorporating other resources that will gather the student's attention and ability to remember the lesson like will of fortune and kahoot. 

I have learned to be more engaging to students and having impactful lessons. 

Attending orientation on time is key and vital to success. 

Orientation is a great foundation. 

I took away valuable information to help with maintaining retention, the main one is allowing sufficient time to successfully finish all course components. 

This has taught me that classroom discipline should be positive and tactful. 

I learned the different management styles and also which type of instructor I am and want to work at becoming a better version of it. 

Informing students of missed assignments, have a conversation with them in regards to it. 

Keeping the student's attention and ensuring they are not being distracted. Redirect or switch to another activity if needed. 

I learned a few different teaching methods and will be using the 10-20-30 when preparing my power point presentations to use a variety of mediums to effectively reach all my learners.
