This section shows that disabilities comes indifferent forms. We tend to think of the common disabilities and forget that there are so many others that we need to take into account.

I have learnt a lot with these few slides. Students must be accommodated as long as they have a disability. If the college has any federal funding it must comply with the ADA laws. Student has to request accommodations from the school or colleges

I have learnt to use "I" when speaking with students.

I learnt about the times that assaults takes places during college times.

There are other ways to test student knowledge of the subject and not just paper/pencil or computer testing. Also students can use different ways to learn with different learning styles.

I have learnt a lot about this topic of culture, race and cross-cultural communication. We should be aware of all the differences that we all have and should treat each other with respect and awareness. I will use this in my class by being aware of all the terms and difference that the students and myself have ,and what we can do to be a cohesive classroom. 

Awareness is the key to successfully recognize diversity in the classroom. As teachers we need to treat each students with respect bearing in mind that each of them have a different schema to learning. 

Be ready for the final exit interview. Do not argue about their findings . 

Lots of good points such as answering quesings you know and not lie about things. Its okay to say I do nt know the answer to a question. Have a designated person responsible for getting the requested documents for the agency.

Plan always for a visit. Make sure that either the program director or campus president is available to answer and welcome the agents.

Also that the person representing the campus is well spoken and able to work under stress and stay calm. Also to keep areas clean and free of students information not visible to all.
