I liked the concept that honesty, empath, and customization equate to trust and mutual respect. 

I will keep an eye out for points-of-difference between my institution and competitors to create more value proposition for out potential students. 

Really liked the idea that Admissions creates or "reframes" value proposition. 

So fascinating! I'll be sure to reference the Belbin team roles for future projects. 

I think the first of the collaborative principles is the most important. It's better to see the entire picture than just one component. 

Very helpful to know which communication mechanisms are best to reach each generation! 

Truly understanding the goals and values of each generation is key in appealing to their wants and desires when it comes to education. 

I think using humor in a sales pitch makes the world of a difference!

I think the 10–15-minute rule of calling no-shows to determine the cause is both effective and important!

I'll always remember to smile, even for phone calls!
