An Admissions Representative's job is to use discretion and provide the student with the information to make an informed decision on their future.

Accommodations give those that need it an opportunity to be successful the same way as other students.

Most people who are blind can't read braille. 

ADA isn't just limited to wheelchair accessibility only.

FERPA only applies to current/active students not graduates. 

Once you've graduated FERPA no longer applies especially when considering resumes to said school. 

For each attempt to find student records there needs to be a form attached to it to track activity and reasoning behind it. This is for the protection and to avoid any ulterior motives outside of compliance.

No fines directly are imposed based on findings of violations.

Sexual violence and dating violence offer different types of investigations. 

Institutions have more flexibility within the proceedings of these situations than I initially knew.
