My name is Carlyne Etienne. I am the director of the Advanced Health Care Institute, in Tamarac, FL. I work full-time at the school and work part-time as a registered nurse. I am a part-time student, going for my MSN. I am a very busy person. I am taking this class to increase my knowledge of how to manage my school and to better serve the clients.

I have learned about different type of marketing I can use to grow my school. some of them are very expensive , but they are many I can used that is not required to much money, I learned we must stay compliant about how to do the advertising
Paper work or file is an important documents, the enrollment agreement form has all the person private information. they must be kept inside a lock and safe, secure place.
There were so many thing I learned about Admission . I learn how to keep the rules of admission, How admission officer has their limit on what they can and can not do.
They always going to have challenges on our every days lives, but we need to relax and focus on the good thing we need to do and to accomplish. After challenges there is always success. there is no success without challenges
Many school try to be compliance but they is always something wrong , How to be 100% compliance for CIE?
the course was very good. the information is helpfull for the school. I like the part where we can advertise more. I remember before, advertisement was limited to a certain level.
this was a great class, it increase my knowledge about a lot of things. very good. this class gives me a lot of techniques and methods to use to make the student success regarding learning. as a director it was a challenge for me to take the class

that was a great training class. I have learned a lot. it increase my knowledge about how i see things now. this class help the administrator and all staffs to do the right things in the school industry.
