Very informative. I was not aware of just how different the levels of generations are in their learning styles. 

I learned that wait time is very important.

I enjoyed the different ways of asking questions. I did not realize how asking if everyone understood the question could put students on the spot. 

Stress has been shown to be part of the work and home environment.

Learning to organize will make managing your time easier. 

Immediacy can have an impact on how you manage your time. It is not always a productive tool.

It has been my experience that ELL students learn better by being shown ways to adapt by following your lead. 

I have found that during our zoom meetings if I stare directly at the camera students tend to engage more. 

Do not enter into the field worried about the "what if's" 

I have had talkative, disruptive, and inattentive students. This sections was helpful in showing new ways to deal with these behaviors.
