I feel that learners retention is a paramount to school policies, staff attitude, and the lack of mentoring students that needing extra
help due to their learning style. There should be high standards with a human touch!!!
I will review my know of EL Courses to enhance my teaching my online classes.
I attend to increase my knowledge of online media to begin to do more distant teaching.
I am Expanding my knowledge of online education with this course. I will continue studying it because it is the way of the future.
Online learners provider a different learning challenge. Educators must be aware of their limits when it comes to online teaching.
My Wisdom with educating come from people being drawn to me as a person first. Then I establish a relationship with them even if it is 5 min. conversion. It may be about how are they doing or how can I help them. Later that person may be in my class. I already have set about implementing the first one of Knowles learning theory establishing a relationship.

frontier.
I wish they know about different styles of learning when I was in school as a child. Oh well late is better I guess than never.
I had to forge my way through. I can be a better educator than that old school traditional method.
It is my personal experience that technology keeps learners engaged plus add to the quality of the course being taught.
It is a learning curve for me since I was not born with computer in my hand (lol) like the newer generation learners. That being said I will keep learning computers knowledge.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
