"This is what teaching is all about. Relish these students." It is what teaching is all about for the author. The author is telling everyone they should feel the same way. Maybe some teachers feel accomplished reaching the bad students. Who knows why people do what they do or think what they think. An inexperienced teacher might read this and think they were so something wrong or maybe their was something wrong with them for not sharing those sentiments.

"Many students are very sincere with their compliments and you can count yourself fortunate for having such genuine students who enjoy the field you are teaching and enjoy your instruction. This is what teaching is all about. Relish these students." This may be what teaching is about for the person who wrote this lesson but it is wrong to tell others why they should teach or what aspects of teaching they should enjoy. It is an opinion that should be removed from the course.

I found that the experiments that were suggested were a little callous. I do not think it is right to treat students different than others. If the technique has been proven in studies by professional researchers than it should be instituted across the entire student body.

This particular module is excellent. It is truthful, concise and right.

I never thought that having the name of the class on the board was a big deal on the first day of class but it really would put students at ease of knowing they belong in that room.

Adjusting from your former career to that of an instructor requires self assessment to make sure you are right for the job.

The urge to plan a course around one's self is tempting but you must remember to satisfy industry standards.
