Jeremy, The availability of financial aid may be a huge factor in a students decision. Many students need the additional funds to manage their living expenses while attending school. If a student plans to further their education then they must be concerned about whether or not there their credits will transfer and this can only be insured through an articulation agreement. Ami, Good managers implement several strategies to create a positive work environment a few of these strategies include 1) giving feedback employees often 2)Support flexibility in schedules and duties as often as possible 3) create a positive and supportive work environment 4) offer opportunities for development and growth 5) offer stress management resources and support.
