Allow time to chat socially at the beginning.  Keep groups to 5 or 6.  30 minute time limit.

Relationships are important, whether in person or online.  It is important for me to establish good relationships with my students.

There are a lot of other things, not just content, that come in to play when teaching online.  I need to be familiar with all of those things especially the platform and all of its components.
