Hello to all, I am Emma Perez the Admission rep for English as a Second Language for New Professions Technical Institute here in sunny Miami.  I have over 15 years in the vocational admissions industry.  I enjoyed the on-line training AD105.  It helped me in identify different ways to communicate messages via face-to-face, telephone and written.  Topics like Listening Traps, Mirroring, and Communication Hierarchy were of great interest to me.  I know that once apply these techniques my ability to communicate effectively will greatly enhance.
