Activity

There should always be ongoing training - it's very important that everyone is on the same page on compliance and have a through knowledge of the catalog. Any loan issues should be directed to FA - transparency is the key.

Being transparency with prospective students is the foundation for building a trusting student/institution  relationship. Prospective students armed with proper fact about the Institute and the Industry can make the right decisions for their life. It's not about the sale of the course that builds your brand and reputation, it is about the level helpfulness you offer. Be honest and provide your prospective student with the resources they need to make the right decision for them.

Very important to understand the separation of duties.

This training is so important.

I have many students who come to our institution very upset with the how they felt pressured to enroll at another school. They don't understand their contract nor do they understand the refund policy of the institute they are enrolled in. I take extra time and attention to avoid this at my institution. It's very important that these students understand the terms of their contract, their schedule requirements and what exactly they will be taught. Take the extra time to help these students.

That's a great question!

The CIE website provides fantastic information regarding best practices. i stay current by frequenting the CIE site.

Sitting in classes is a fantastic way to really understand the "student experience". This helps me to convey proper information to prospective students.

I make sure each student has access to the catalog prior to meeting in person.

I use student file checklist to make sure i stay in compliance and give the student all the necessary information they need.
