Timothy Finnegan

After 25 yrs in the military I am pursuing a career in education.  Instructing is just on aspect of my job, but I am required by my organization to continue to improve my instructor capabilities through continuing education.  I was an instructor/evaluator pilot in the Air Force, but I did not have the detailed and formal courses on how to teach students.  Most of my instructional expertise was gained through trial and error or life experiences.
