Feedback in the form of discriptive comments, thanking students for their comments, providing extensive feedback,

encourges critical thinking.

Creating a schedule is one of the best time management tools available. This schedule must be altered at  times as you progress through courses.

Workload management if used properly will give time for important revisions from information gathered from feedback.

As explained F to F is really not that different for on line if the instructor can apply their own personalities

Feedback is so very important. We must be carefull as to how we word our comments. Positive reinforcement is the key.

I believe that both Synchonous and Asynchronous methods have their advantages. Both should be used if possible however communication is key to success.

Technology tools must be tried in order to determine what works for your teaching style. A summary evaluation is critical in order to see what work.

Muliple input on course evaluation is necessary. I think the most differcult part would to give equal weight to each of the inputs.

I have always used embedded assesment this module clearly shows some of the short comings of this method. thank you

Scaffolding is syllabus based. This  module has shown me the importance of continuing updated and modification of you syllabus.
