Understanding the wide variety of subject and your students is essential for creating a test that can cover everything, also while monitoring student progress.

All students even when in the same class will have different levels of of learning, from this you must build off of it and ajust your CAT, and other feedback to them.

Always use open ended questions to keeep the dialogue open between the instructor and students.

Focus and try to learn alll the different learning styles in your class to apply those in the activities.

This is a fine balance between instructor and students. First of all, we must be realistic, which means having emphathy, things will happen and we must help our students. At the same time we must make it clear what is to be expected of them with a clear outline in the syllabus, this way they can manage the semester. Be engaging with them to also not make the class feel like a chore and to build motivation.

That instrcutor's do not have to know everything. Instead we need to realize that we are the facilitator between the material and the students.

It is importance to understand and know the difference between different type of learners in your classroom. Adult learners will relate their experience, while younger learners without experience will be more passive about learning, so you need to shift your style to reflect this so they can absorb the material.

The importance of connecting what they are learning to their career goals, it will give them motivation for really paying attention to the subject at hand.

To learn every students names and show them that you do care. Also, to introduce yourself and attempt to alliviate any student anxiety's so they can focus on the material.

Plan and prepare and tell the students what they need to expect so they get an idea the first day of the course. It sets the tone.
