Motivation

I believe it is extremely important to try and motivate the students.

I try and motivate the students as soon as they walk into the classroom by

asking them about the material and giving them positive feedback.

Anyone else have any suggestions as to what they do to motivate students.

Improving Class Dynamics

I feel that being prepared is most important when going before a class.

Instructors will also aid in the classroom performance by building a rapport

with the students and showing the students that the instructor is concerned

with the students progress and overall achievement.

Instructors should make sure that they are in class on time and are also

available to meet with the students after class.

I find that being prepared for class is crucial to be an effective instructor.

Students are also aware when the instructor is not prepared.

How do you reach students who disappear from the course?

I try to contact them by email and sometimes will call the student if the student has disappeared from the class.

The students also appreciate it when the instructor takes an interest in the students progress.

I agree when I move around the classroom I feel it helps to create interest in the material and many students will
