Offering any incentive to a student or prospective student to get a referral could feel like pressure to give us names of others who might want to come to school.We should not presure or solicit referrals unless they are from good students and who they recommend should have the potential to be committed students. Emphsis should be on committment and not numbers. Focus on the mission of Ogle, so that we do not violate our value premise.
