 About 10% of your students will continually require your intervention with their assignment issues. 

State questions in positive form, if possible, because students often misread negatively-phrased questions.

"Validity means honesty - that we are measuring what we say we are measuring and that we know and can show what it is we are measuring."

Questions should be easily understood and trimmed of excess verbiage.

By blending the different learning styles of students into work groups a balance of the different styles can be achieved.

 Research has shown that there are four cornerstones of instruction that can be used by instructors to motivate and inspire their students. These are expertise, empathy, enthusiasm, and clarity. 

During the second half of your course variety is often desperately needed to keep your students excited about coming to class. 

Create self-improvement goals for yourself that will help you develop enthusiasm for your profession once again. 

You are there to provide the opportunity to acquire the skills, competencies, and work habits needed for a successful career. 

Case studies are presented to the students for their consideration and input.
