Technology tools in the teaching process are very important. As a virtual teacher I must choose the tools and match them with their function and the appropriate teaching technique. By doing this  I will facilitate my students the teaching process in a very effective  learning environment.

As a teacher/online trainer, I must understand that review and reflection a very important part of course evaluation. This is what we know as closing the loop. It is very crucial to do this part of the on line course because this allows me to improve my teaching experience in the following aspects:

• Improve student learning experiences (teaching and authoring processes)
• Improve curriculum (authoring and assessment processes)
• Focus professional development (authoring, teaching, and assessment processes)
• Impact quality assurance and benchmarking (assessment process)
• Impact personnel decisions ( authoring, teaching, and assessment processes)

Getting vast information, guidelines and examples for the assessment plan will able me to be effective when:

• Describing and difereciating the elements of an assessment plan: formative and summative.
• Articulating the role of rubrics in assessment.
• Comparing and contrasting self- and peer-assessment.
• Identifying components of meaningful feedback.

Instructional delivery must have different components to create a centered student approach. I need to follow the guidelines of these components and apply them appropriately to achieve my goals,

I learned that the basic aspects I must be focus on are:

• Creating a syllabus that must be dynamic.
• The online community should be created to allow students to participate using the information and technology tools. Stablish a sense of belonging and identify a purpose for belonging to the community is a must.
• Implement all methods possible and follow the guidelines to have an effective communication.

Developing a course framework will assist my students in the learning process.

• I learned the importance and guidelines to create and test a course module template with consistency. I can use module templates provided by the learning management system (LMS) at my institution.
• Create and use learning-objects database will allow me to save time and use the database in future courses. I can find learning objects already developed and I may access them through a variety of locations.

In order to manage the E-Learning Environment appropriately I need to keep in mind that I have to stablish:

• A good system to keep records by organizing the types of information that is important for me  to save.
• An effective way to communicate with students using e-mails and adhere myself to answer to the student in a period no longer than 24 hours.
• A counseling system to students by using e-mails or chats. Students will receive information about how to use the appropriate feature in the online learning technology. This will allow me to save all the information concerning to the specific student.

As an e- learning instructor I need to identify the students’ learning styles focusing on the ones that would need more encouragement to succeed in the e-learning environment such as: the avoidant, the competitive and the dependent styles. Knowing this I need to follow the general guidelines on how to meet the challenge of encouraging online participation.

Participation on a asynchronous discussions will be used when delivering very important course content or for whole group activities in order to promote interaction among learners. Participation on synchronous discussions will be used for individual or small group meetings.

It is very important to establish a good comunication  and to project my authorithy in the e-learning environment. It would be very beneficial to let them know about my academic and proffessional skills, as well as encourage them to do the same using in both cases showcasing biographies. By doing this students will feel more secure knowing that they have someone prepared to guide/ help them when working in the lessons.

It is very important to get the best knowledge of the online delivery platform including  all the delivery techniques and strategies, so I can apply them when navigating throughtout the CMS. Achieving these objectives will allow me to help my students when delivering the   
E-learning instruction.
