One must remember the elearner can't see your body language or facials therefor verbage placement within emails must be carefully done.when managing course discussions amongst students. That again starts with getting to know and having a connection with my students.

  Making that initial contact and making my presence know even from within the virtual education setting is a key component to student success. A short bio with success and demonstrating my expertise helps the students be comfortable within the learning setting.
