Relationship based learning applies to online multimedia as well

This will be very helpful for gen z students

How questions are my favorite because it has the students play out the video/scenarios in their heads. For example how would you describe heart failure to a non compliant patient. 

Assessments have always helped me with understanding from student perspectives 

Encourages engagement of students

Engaging for more than an hour time is challenging for any teachers and refreshers come in many forms 

Personalities are challenging but knowing them and engaging is usefu for optimal results 

Generally discussion is without peer pressure and working together 

Games if done correctly can be used as upbeat form of memorization and competition
